In fact, we would consider all submitted papers after checking for any plagiarism, for possible publication after review process for September and December issues. This is my great please to introduce you IJEE an open access journal successfully published quarterly in past 10 years in 10 volumes and more than 39 issues since January 2010. Please feel free to comment on IJEE quality in publications; we welcome all scientists around the world to contribute as review papers, original research papers, research note and technical notes. IJEE is free of charges; we never ask even for single penny.
